This is a very informative set of videos from an MD who teaches medical courses online. It is somewhat technical, and there are to date, 41 of them. Feel free to start at the end. You will have to sign up for these, they are free, but require a sign-in. The information changes over time as it develops. Please understand that this is focused on medical providers, so has lots of technical information.

Here is an article on the most promising coronavirus treatments as of this date. Studies are only in the initial phases, and keep in mind, these will mostly be used in the hospital for the sickest patients.
This is a very interesting project from MIT. It tracks the genome of the virus as it mutates, and gives us information about how it transmits.
